First Day Back: Full of Energy<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

On the first day after the holiday, as soon as dawn broke, the gate of DAYATEX’s warehouse opened on time. The rolling workers, dressed in work clothes, threw themselves into work with full energy, without the slightest slack, quickly switching from holiday mode to work mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warehouse Scene: Neat Fabrics & Tacit Cooperation<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Walking into the warehouse, neatly arranged fabric rolls come into view. The pure and simple grey fabric and the bright and vivid dyed & printed fabric are particularly neat under the morning light. The rolling workers have a clear division of labor and cooperate tacitly, and every movement is skilled and rigorous: some are responsible for spreading the fabric flat, carefully checking the grain and flatness of the fabric to eliminate any defects; some operate the rolling equipment, accurately controlling the roll diameter and tension to ensure that each roll of fabric is tight and uniform, meeting the strict standards of foreign trade export; others are responsible for sorting and marking, classifying and placing different specifications and types of grey fabric and dyed & printed fabric, making full preparations for subsequent packing and shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sound of machines running, the sound of fabric rubbing, and the tacit reminders between workers interweave into a lively and orderly work resumption symphony. Rolling work seems simple, but it allows no carelessness \u2014 grey fabric needs to be kept clean and wrinkle-free, and dyed & printed fabric needs to avoid pattern wear and color fading. Every detail is related to product quality and customer trust. Our workers, with their calloused hands, polish every roll of fabric repeatedly, interpreting the true meaning of “craftsmanship” with concentration and perseverance, and practicing the original intention of “labor is the most glorious” on May Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
